SB 702 -- Older Visually Impaired Missourians Fund

This bill creates the Older Visually Impaired Missourians Fund.
The fund is to be administered by Rehabilitation Services for the
Blind and is to be used to provide services to individuals who
have experienced irreversible vision loss.  The Department of
Social Services is required to develop a program to provide
specific services, including screening, treatment, and public
education for older visually impaired citizens.
